The store was joined by Morrisons in Fleet, Woking, Gosport and Lake
A Morrisons store in Farnborough has donated a number of items to a charity that provides a home for families whose children are being treated for cancer.
The shop in Farnborough, in the Rushmoor area of Hampshire, donated an Xbox, Xbox game codes, an Amazon Gift Card, a table, cleaning supplies, toiletries, refreshments and two boxes of treats to Jean’s House in Southampton.
A home from home near Southampton Hospital, Jean’s House offers free accommodation for families to stay close to their child when undergoing cancer treatment.
A Morrisons Farnborough spokesperson said: “Our store has donated a large number of items from our area. It was organized by our store, the other Morrisons stores that have helped are Fleet, Woking, Gosport and Lake.
“We are so happy to be able to help these families.”
