TODAY, LISA QUINN – FOUNDER OF THE NORTH WEST ARKANSAS MESQUERADE IS HISTORY OF METASTATIC BREAST CANCER. SHE WAS 42 YEARS OLD. AT 36 years old, she received the WORST NEWS OF HER LIFE. – YOU HAVE BREAST CANCER AND IT IS TERMINAL. SHE USED THE TIME SHE SURVIVED ADVERTISING FOR RESEARCH FUNDING AND CHANGING THE LIFE OF MANY OTHERS ON THE GO. <> We try to live every day as much as possible. LISA QUINN – A MOTHER OF TWO, A WIFE, DAUGHTER, SISTER, TEACHER…AND FOR SO MANY OTHERS, A FRIEND. Lisa left a huge legacy in Springdale and northwestern Arkansas.” <> that’s what her promise has been and what her struggle has been all these years. IN JULY 2015, AT 36 YEARS, LISA WAS Diagnosed WITH STAGE FOUR BREAST CANCER. Lisa Quinn: “One night my husband and I were sitting out on our back patio and the kids were sleeping and I had these three sharp pains in my chest. I mean like stabbing pains. So I decided to investigate if I felt anything. And I did – I felt a hard knot under my right breast.” TOGETHER WITH KELLI DAVIS, ALSO Diagnosed with Metastatic Breast Cancer, THERE WAS TOGETHER TO START METSQUERADE IN NORTHWEST ARKANSAS ARKANSAS IN 2015. “People are still dying every day from cancer, all kinds of cancer, not just stage four breast cancer. A Northwest Arkansas Metsquerade co-founder has died of metastatic breast cancer at age 42. Lisa Quinn was 36 when she learned she had terminal breast cancer. The mother of two helped found the Northwest Arkansas Metsquerade in 2015 to raise money for breast cancer research. Lisa is survived by her husband Patrick Quinn and her two children, Cooper and Karis.

A Northwest Arkansas Metsquerade co-founder has died of metastatic breast cancer at age 42.

Lisa Quinn was 36 when she learned she had terminal breast cancer. The mother of two helped found the Northwest Arkansas Metsquerade in 2015 to raise money for breast cancer research.
